Australian photography - a land down under

2014 is off and running.

With Spring technically started I thought I would run you through my exploits during January and February of this year.  Since starting my photography career I have wanted to go back to Adelaide, Australia where I was born. The wildlife and landscapes are just so different from anything you will see in the UK:

I spent 5 weeks in Australia moving from cousin to cousin trying to catch up with all the family and what made it all the more productive was being able to photograph a wedding whilst I was out there during a perfect Melbourne weekend:

Covering the Aussie wedding season more thoroughly between Christmas and mid-Feb next year would be a dream, but I will always come back to London and here's why. Since returning to London I have been lucky enough to get right back into my work and have photographed a few events that have just been so British it's been wonderful. I have photographed a lecture by the Nobel Prize winning, Sir John Gurdon. Covered an event for Rare Disease UK at the Houses of Parliament and taken images of Boris Johnson at the Carlton Club in Mayfair.  Here are some of the images:
